When to use the wiki vs a service call

Firmware & RMS

Use the wiki page for your exact RUT/TCR SKU. Remote Management System (RMS) is Teltonika’s cloud — not InControl, not NetCloud, not ALMS.

WAN failover is not SpeedFusion

Teltonika can fail over. That is not Peplink Hot Failover / Bonding / Smoothing. Do not promise bonding from a Teltonika chassis we did not spec.

Power and RF still win

Most “router dead” calls are cigarette-lighter power, a brownout on Starlink PoE, or a SIM that never registered. Confirm fused DC and the SIM before chasing a firmware dump.
